CONDITIONS OF NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
At Naypes, we have several shipping options. To find out exactly how much your shipment will cost, bear in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the delivery time selected, the amount of the purchase and the weight of the shipment.
Peninsular Spain and Portugal:
- If the order does not reach the minimum of 300€ the shipping will have a cost of 4,50€.
- If the order exceeds 300€, shipping will be free.
Canary Islands:
- Si el pedido no llega al mínimo de 1500€ los envios tendran un costo de entre 25 a 50€*
- Si el pedido supera los 1500€, el envío será gratuito
Balearic Islands:
- If the order does not reach the minimum of 600€*.
- If the order exceeds 600€, the shipping will be free of charge
Ceuta and Melilla:
- If the order does not reach a minimum of 800€*.
- If the order exceeds 800€, shipping is free of charge.
*Generally we only ship orders with the minimum amount, if by any chance your order does not reach the minimum amount of shipping, we will have to consult the cost associated with the order.
Orders are prepared throughout the day in order of arrival, closing the preparation of the same 1 hour before the working hours of our warehouse. For all orders registered after 12:00 noon, we cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched on the same day, and they will be prepared and dispatched the following day. **
Orders paid by bank transfer will not be shipped until we receive the amount of the transfer in our current account.

TIME AND DAY OF DELIVERY
At Naypes we work with the best transport agencies on the market, with a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. Please note that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Also, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the place of origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies will be able to deliver during the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate time may be given which the company will try to meet, but is not obliged to do so. In the event that you cannot be reached, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEADLINES AND CARRIER
Naypes' liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions preventing normal traffic by land, sea or air, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At Naypes we work with the best transport agencies on the market. Each shipment is treated in a personalized way, looking for the best rate to give you the best price.
To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, bear in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the volume and the weight of the shipment.
Once the order has been placed and depending on the order, we will give you the shipping cost price.
If you wish to use your own means, you can send your own transport agency to pick up the order at our facilities. In the established timetable from 8:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 17:30 hours.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are prepared throughout the day on a first-come, first-served basis, within 1 to 6 hours. Passing thus the quotation of postage and awaiting your payment to authorize the output.
The delivery time will be between 4 and 8 days, depending on the country and delivery zone.
